How can I pay?
Payment is due at the time of delivery, in cash only. If you wish to pay by cheque, this must be received at least 10 days prior to your hire. Unfortunately we do not have Eftpos of Credit Card facilities at this time.

No. However, it may be neccessary in the future.

Do you have insurance?
Yes. For your peace of mind we carry $10 million Public Liability Insurance and can provide a copy of our certificate of currency if required.

How much room do you require to set up?
All the castles need a minimum of an extra metre all the way round, so a typical 4m x 4m unit needs 5m x 5m....Please be sure to measure your area to avoid any disappointment on the day.

Can you set up anywhere?
Talk to us about your requirements. All castles require a relatively flat area (preferably grass) to set up on, free of debris. If the area you have in mind is a hard surface, please let us know at the time of booking. If you intend having your event in a public place (park or similar) you will need to contact your local council for permission to erect a bouncy castle. They will request a copy of our Certificate of Currency, which we will happily forward for you. Where there is no mains power, a generator will be required. This will be supplied by us at a cost of $60.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?
Our standard castles come with built in shade/shower cover so your party can continue in light rain. In the case of heavy rain or strong winds we will assess the conditions to determine if it is safe to go ahead with the set up of your castle. We will discuss this with you and if a cancellation is decided prior to delivery, no fee will be charged.

Do you provide instructions?
Yes. Our staff will spend approximately 5-10 minutes providing you with verbal Safety instructions before leaving you to enjoy your celebrations.

Is there an age limit?
UNDERWATER castle is for children under the age of 8 years.
WIZARD and BALLERINA are suitable for 10 years and under.
Disney, Warner Bros & Dreamworks units are suitable up to 12 years.

How do I book?
Contact us by e-mail (born2bounce@bigond.com) Or telephone 9594 2342. If you e-mail, be sure to leave as much detail as possible: Date, time, castle preferred, the suburb for delivery etc. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if the unit is available on the given date.

Do your castles have rain and/or sun cover?
Yes, to both! Our standard castles have built in shade which is also shower proof so the fun doesn't need to stop in light rain. The Pirates of the Caribbean Combo has shade over the slide area only. This has no raincover.

Can I go on the castle with my children?
Unfortunately not on the standard castles (Underwater, Wizard and Ballerina). Disney, Warner Bros, Sesame Street and Dreamworks are suitable for mum or dad to go on if needing to supervise younger children. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT NONE OF THESE UNITS ARE INTENDED SOLEY FOR ADULT USE.
